BuildFree/PlanFree have over the last four years completed four barn conversions for us. These projects have not always been easy or straightforward. 

However as a result of their attention to detail and forward thinking, they have been able to progress these projects in a timely manner. 

They have been able to overcome problems that inevitably arise with a 'can do' attitude, that satisifed the planners, regulators and ourselves. 

From day 1 of these projects, i have known the costings, timelines etc on a monthly basis which all helped to progress them in an agreed timescale. 

Along the way, inevitably, these times did change (sometimes instigated by myself having different ideas as the projects progressed) but George and his team were always extremely felxible and able to discuss any changes or alternatives that needed to be done. 

In addition, once these projects have been completed, i further employed them to mantain the properties, which they have done in a timely and professional way.

In conclusion, I would thoroughly reommend George and his team as a truly professional and conciencious team and would indeed allow them to show any prospective cleints the properties they have completed (Access permitting).
