Starting out as a small family building and new build development company on the Essex-Suffolk border, we have worked through many planning applications alongside many different councils. Over the years we’ve built up a great in-house team with the aim of getting the most out of the planning process. 

PlanFree is the brain child of George and Oliver Rowe, and is seen as the breakaway from convention.
